Batch Fluid Bed Dryer (B-FBD)

It is a batch-operated fluidized bed dryer. Since the residence time of the processed material can be controlled, uniform drying can be achieved.

This is a device that fluidizes and dries powder by blowing dry gas from a gas distribution plate mounted at the bottom of a cylindrical drying tower. Operation is conducted in batch units, repeating the supply, drying, and discharge of the processed material. The product discharge mechanism includes an inverted floor type, which reverses the gas distribution plate using a control motor to discharge the entire amount of product into the lower hopper, and a swirling discharge type, which utilizes a directional porous plate on the distribution plate to create a swirling flow that discharges the entire amount of product from the side wall of the fluidizing tower using centrifugal force.
